"Nierika is an amazing coach and learning designer! Her passion and inspiration were evident when she facilitated our first Young Climathon event in Chile. We then hired her to develop a learning journey, adapt tools and run trainings for our Young Innovators Programme. Her professionalism, creativity and team spirit are excellent."

How Systems Innovation empowers young people to address complex challenges
The methodology of systems innovation can help young people think and act differently about complex problems like climate change. By approaching problems as interconnected systems rather than isolated issues, young people can develop a more holistic and integrated understanding of the problem. This approach allows them to identify the underlying causes and interdependencies that contribute to climate change and develop more effective solutions that address the root causes of the problem rather than just the symptoms.
Through systems innovation, young people can also develop a more collaborative and participatory approach to problem-solving. This methodology encourages the involvement of diverse stakeholders and perspectives, including those who are most affected by the problem. By engaging with a range of voices and experiences, young people can create more inclusive and equitable solutions that take into account the needs and concerns of all members of society. Ultimately, systems innovation can empower young people to think and act differently about complex problems, and to create meaningful change that benefits people and the planet.
